As a Senior Content Strategist on Samsung’s UX team, I collaborated with interaction designers to write UI microcopy used across user journeys in customer-facing web portals and phone apps.

I worked closely with product managers and developers to get a broad view of the entire user experience to find the right word choice for onboarding copy, menus, buttons, tooltips, error messages, payment screens, and more.

Knox Admin Portal

This is a B2B portal global enterprise customers use to access mobile cloud services and manage enterprise devices, including phones, tablets, and watches.

IT admins at customer companies log into this dashboard to remotely onboard, customize, deploy, and manage thousands of employee devices.

My KNOX

My KNOX was a free security solution available on Samsung mobile devices that allowed the user to separate enterprise data from personal data.

A hidden and virtual Android environment in a secure container included its own home screen, launcher, apps, and widgets.
